Your responsibilities and impact on the business:
- We are looking for a strategic partner who will shape the company's financial policy, plan budgets and help the business grow based on data;
- Analysis of cash flows and financial indicators, preparation of consolidated reports and provision of insights - this is what will turn into important business decisions;
- Daily work and management of a team of 4 people, where leadership and personal example will ensure the smooth operation of the department and the professional growth of colleagues;
- Ensuring the correctness of the company's accounting, internal control and continuous improvement of processes, we believe, will help increase efficiency;
- You will take care of smooth financial and tax reporting to government institutions, ensuring their timely submission and full compliance with applicable laws and internal procedures;
- You will organize and coordinate audit and inventory processes, providing detailed and clear reports to the company's management.
Our expectations for you:
- You have a higher education in finance, economics or accounting;
- You have at least 3 years of successful experience in the role of chief financial officer or chief accountant. If you have gained this experience in the retail sector or in an international environment, we will consider this a great advantage;
- You are well versed in the VAS and the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are familiar with IFRS standards, this will be an additional advantage for you;
- You are fluent in both Lithuanian and English;
- If you are familiar with working with Microsoft Dynamics AX, this would be a great advantage (and would help you integrate into our processes faster);
- You are able not only to see numbers, but also to interpret them and turn them into valuable insights;
- You are proactive – you like to find ways to make processes more efficient and simpler;
- High work culture: precision, time planning and a responsible approach to deadlines;
- You value independence, but understand that the best results are achieved by working together with a team.
