Nature of work

  • You will manage the group's finance function: team in Lithuania + outsourced partners in Latvia and Estonia
  • You will ensure the preparation of monthly, semi-annual and annual consolidated financial statements of the group, their proper quality and timely submission to shareholders
  • You will organize, perform (with the team) and control full accounting of 2 Lithuanian companies
  • You will cooperate with auditors, VAT, Social Insurance Institution, banks and other institutions
  • You will consult management and colleagues on financial, accounting and tax issues
  • You will manage cash flows and their forecasting (together with the manager)
  • You will analyze, control and assess their efficiency of financial processes
  • You will implement automation of financial processes (ERP, AI solutions) - together with the manager
  • You will develop the group's finance function - processes, internal control procedures, team structure

Employee requirements

  • Higher education in finance/accounting/economics
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, of which at least 3 at the group level
  • Knowledge of IFRS, experience in preparing/consolidating financial statements, ability to work with auditors
  • Experience in implementing financial process automation (ERP, accounting programs)
  • Independence, management and control experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent working skills with Excel/Word
  • Excellent English (written and spoken)
  • Experience working with foreign countries' (LV, EE) accounting is an advantage
