We are currently recruiting a Chief Financial Officer to join the team in Vilnius, who will be responsible for the smooth organization of the company's accounting processes, compliance with tax obligations and preparation of financial reporting, in cooperation with the finance team and business managers.
We are currently recruiting a Chief Financial Officer to join the team in Vilnius, who will be responsible for the smooth organization of the company's accounting processes, compliance with tax obligations and preparation of financial reporting, in cooperation with the finance team and business managers.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the smooth running of the company's accounting process by coordinating and controlling daily accounting work.
- Perform income accounting, control invoicing and ensure the accuracy of accounting data.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, ensure timely submission of tax returns and reports to responsible institutions.
- Perform payroll accounting and ensure proper fulfillment of tax obligations.
- Supervise current settlements with clients and partners, coordinate payments and cash flows.
- Coordinate the annual financial audit, cooperate with auditors and advise colleagues and managers on accounting and tax issues.
THE COMPANY OFFERS:
- 5,000–5,700 EUR gross monthly salary, depending on experience and competencies.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education in finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
- At least 3 years of independent work experience in the position of chief accountant or chief financier.
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian tax legislation, accounting and financial reporting.
- Practical experience working with the Directo accounting system (will be considered a great advantage).
- Good knowledge of English, mainly required for written communication.
