The finance department team of UAB "Agrokoncerno grupė" is expanding, therefore we are looking for an proactive and results-oriented senior finance and investment analyst who will strengthen the group's decision-making through data analytics and investment project evaluation and contribute to the ambitious development of the group. What you will be responsible for:
- For data analytics in the Power BI environment: dashboard creation, data structuring, automation;
- For data consolidation from multiple systems, ensuring data integrity, accuracy and timely updated data flows;
- For the analysis of financial, operational and other KPI indicators on a group-wide basis with the aim of identifying deviations, trends, seasonality, risks;
- For the preparation of financial plans, business scenarios and cost-benefit analyses;
- Development, assessment and analysis of financial models of investment projects and their payback;
- For participation in the group's strategic and development projects, providing recommendations for increasing efficiency;
- For cooperation with group companies and various departments - for more effective management of activities.
Requirements:
- Higher education in finance, economics, mathematics, business analytics or similar fields;
- 3–5+ years of experience in financial analysis, control, investment project evaluation;
- Analytical thinking and ability to work with large amounts of data and different sources;
- Strong analytical skills, good financial management and forecasting skills;
- Very good Power BI knowledge: DAX, Power Query, data modeling, visualizations;
- Very good Excel knowledge: advanced functions, PivotTables, Power Query, scenario analysis;
- Ability to develop financial models (DCF, WACC, FP&A principles);
- Experience in manufacturing / agro / energy / project development companies (will be considered an advantage);
- English language skills at least B2 level.
