MANAGER FINANCIAL CONTROLLER(S)

We are currently looking for a new team member for the Financial Control Department. In this position, you will be responsible for operational and financial control. Do you think we are on the right track? Then we are waiting for you in our team!

You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• Carrying out the financial month-end closing process;
• Preparing financial and analytical reports and providing results and proposals;
• Searching for solutions to increase operational efficiency and create value and controlling their implementation;
• Consulting employees on financial issues;
• Developing and improving the company's financial management and control processes and calculation models;
• Developing new tools for financial data management and analysis;
• Working closely with other departments of the Company and analyzing their performance results.

• Higher education (in finance, management or economics);
• At least 5 years of similar work experience;
• English language skills (written and oral);
• Excellent skills in working with MS Office programs (especially Excel);
• Understanding of the principles of financial and management reporting and excellent analytical thinking, ability to systematize and summarize information, manage large information flows;
• Ability to work in a fast-changing, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities at the same time;
• Teamwork and time management skills.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 3,430 to EUR 5,150 (excluding tax). The specific salary offered is based on work experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
