How do we work?
- We develop and support a large-scale fintech system and create new functional modules.
- We work in 2-week sprints according to the Agile/Scrum methodology.
- The main technology is PHP (Symfony).
- We have integrations with external systems, some of them are based on Java solutions.
- We pay great attention to: code quality, clear architecture, testing, security.
- We apply code review practices.
- Structured working day: ~25% of time for team synchronization and planning, ~75% for focused programming.
- We work 4 days in the office / 1 day remotely, on the principle.
What do we expect from you?
- At least 3 years of commercial PHP experience.
- Knowledge of Symfony (or similar MVC framework).
- Understanding of OOP, SOLID, MVC principles.
- Good MySQL knowledge and ability to optimize queries.
- Experience working with ORM and with "plain" SQL.
- Experience in developing and integrating REST / SOAP APIs.
- Experience working with GIT.
- Ability to independently make technical decisions.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
In the front-end area:
- At least 1 year of experience (Bootstrap, SASS, jQuery or similar solutions).
- Experience converting designs to HTML using Figma, Zeplin or other design systems.
- Advantage - experience with React or another modern JS framework.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with Symfony versions 3–7.
- Experience working with higher load systems.
- Basics of CI/CD, Docker, Linux environments.
- Experience in financial or regulatory systems development.
Your responsibilities:
- Development of new functionalities and improvement of existing solutions.
- Analysis and proposal of architectural solutions.
- Analysis and optimization of complex SQL queries.
- Development and maintenance of integrations with external systems.
- Support of code review and quality standards.
