We are looking for a Senior Production Accounting Manager who would not only ensure the smooth execution of daily production accounting and logistics processes, but also contribute to the development and maintenance of unified production accounting principles and standards across the entire Production Department.
In this position, the ability to see not only a separate operation or error, but also the entire process is important - to understand the causes of discrepancies, ensure data quality and look for ways to make processes simpler, clearer and more efficient.

Responsibilities after joining the team:
- Coordinate the transportation of raw materials, products and waste - order transport, coordinate routes and deadlines;
- Communicate with customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of processes;
- Perform production, sales and purchase accounting, administer invoices and documentation;
- Supervise data entry and administration of accompanying documents in the GPAIS and i.VAZ systems;
- Analyze accounting data, warehouse balances and discrepancies, search for their causes and solutions;
- Contribute to the standardization, improvement and automation of production accounting processes;
- Perform the Key User function of production accounting and cooperate with Production, Finance, Sales, IT and other teams.
Experience and qualities that will allow you to succeed:
- Experience in accounting, production accounting, logistics, financial administration or similar field;
- Understand the importance of accounting processes and data accuracy;
- Be able to analyze information, notice discrepancies and look for their causes;
- Be able to structure processes and see where they can be standardized or simplified;
- Quickly understand information systems;
- Be independent, meticulous, responsible and able to manage several processes simultaneously;
- Be able to cooperate constructively with different teams and colleagues from different departments.
