Nature of work

  • plan, organize and manage the production process, ensuring the rational use of production resources;
  • ensure the quality of manufactured products, compliance of production processes with established requirements;
  • ensure the implementation of the production plan;
  • monitor and analyze production results and implement new production organization methods on their basis;
  • prepare one-time and (or) periodic reports related to production activities;
  • ensure accurate and timely production accounting;
  • organize the production of new products;
  • ensure correct and high-quality operation of production equipment and devices, and improvement of operation methods.

We hope you

  • you have at least 3 years of work experience in production in a managerial / foreman position;
  • you are able to lead a team, distribute work and ensure its completion;
  • you have a good understanding of the principles of organizing production processes;
  • you are responsible, organized, independent and result-oriented;
  • you are able to make decisions quickly and solve non-standard situations;
  • you have good business communication skills;
  • you are demanding of the quality and order of work;
  • you are able to work with a computer and use basic MS Office programs.
