Nature of work
What will you need to do?
- maintain, develop and optimize cloud and hybrid infrastructure based on Microsoft Azure and other cloud-based solutions;
- develop and implement a vision for cloud infrastructure, Azure and hybrid architecture, focused on reliability, security and long-term development;
- plan, develop and support business continuity and disaster recovery solutions;
- administer and develop Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) services;
- ensure security, compliance and best practices of cloud, hybrid infrastructure and M365 solutions, in cooperation with IT security and other departments of the Company;
- participate in the development and implementation of IT solutions, assess alternatives, risks and costs of these solutions;
- contribute to the stability, monitoring, automation and efficiency of IT services;
- provide technical insights, consult colleagues and participate in IT project activities.
Employee requirements
- you have experience in the field of IT infrastructure working with Microsoft cloud technologies;
- you have excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure services and their administration;
- you understand the principles of IT infrastructure, security, service continuity and architecture;
- you have analytical thinking, the ability to independently make decisions and implement them;
- you are able to work both independently and in a team, you are focused on results and quality;
- you have good Lithuanian and English language skills (verbally and in writing).

Salary:
Monthly salary 4500 - 5500 EUR (excluding taxes) and financial incentives (additional remuneration, taking into account the company's and individual performance results). The specific salary is agreed with the candidate, taking into account his experience, competence and ability to independently achieve results.
