You will be responsible for:
- Organization of the construction process of infrastructure projects (streets, roads, railways or engineering networks);
- Selection of technical solutions and preparation of project documentation;
- Project progress monitoring from design to implementation;
- Cooperation with contractors, subcontractors and other interested parties;
- Quality control of construction works and ensuring compliance;
- Solving technical problems during the project;
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines and budget.
We care, so we hope you have:
- Have a higher education in the field of construction or road engineering;
- Knowledge of the principles of design and (or) construction of roads, streets, traffic control equipment or railways;
- Able to work with design programs and read drawings;
- Excellent knowledge of technical regulations and construction standards and ability to apply them in practice;
- Have experience in preparing construction documentation, schedules and estimates;
- Are responsible, meticulous and able to work both independently and in a team;
- Have strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Able to communicate effectively with designers, contractors and customers;
- Have a construction manager qualification certificate (an advantage).
