We will trust you

  • Represent the company in infrastructure construction and reconstruction projects;
  • Organize and coordinate technical planning of construction of facilities;
  • Prepare tasks for organizing public procurement;
  • Prepare and check estimates necessary for planning and economic calculations;
  • Perform the functions of a technical maintenance manager;
  • Ensure that construction works, materials and equipment comply with contracts and projects;
  • Control the accounting of actual construction work quantities and the preparation of acts.

We hope you

  • You have a higher or higher engineering education (in the field of construction or water management);
  • You have obtained valid certificates of a technical maintenance manager for the construction of a special structure and a technical maintenance manager for special works (water supply and wastewater disposal engineering networks);
  • You have at least 2 years of successful experience in similar work;
  • You are well versed in the Construction Law of the Republic of Lithuania, the Construction and Construction Regulations and other legal acts regulating construction processes and know how to apply them in practice;
  • You understand design and estimate documentation and technical requirements;
  • You are able to communicate constructively, solve problems effectively;
  • You know how to independently plan and organize work, make decisions in your area of responsibility;
  • We will consider your experience in the field of continuous improvement/LEAN, knowledge of the principles and tools of this methodology and the ability to apply them in daily activities as an advantage;
  • You have a category B driver's license.

Salary

3200-4700 €/mon. gross
An additional variable annual component of remuneration based on individual performance.
