CHIEF ENGINEER IN THE NETWORK OPERATIONS TEAM

You will contribute to the creation of a safe and green energy ecosystem:

• By assessing and improving network operation activities, helping to clearly define responsibilities and performance results;
• By setting and monitoring performance indicators, assessing their implementation and preparing reports;
• By identifying performance improvement opportunities and initiating necessary changes;
• By contributing to the initiation, development and implementation of changes in information systems;
• By coordinating the implementation of initiated changes, the activities of working groups and the achievement of results;
• By providing proposals for strategic initiatives and projects related to network operation activities;
• Participating in the implementation of changes to the asset management system MAXIMO, providing suggestions and conclusions;
• Cooperating with other departments, experts and stakeholders in implementing operational changes.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 2,770 to EUR 4,150 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered based on work experience and competence. A variable salary may be paid in addition to the salary.
