Senior Engineer – Metrologist

At UAB "Vakarų centrinė laboratorija" you will be responsible for:
Verification/calibration of measuring instruments;
Work within the company group and with external orders;
Acceptance, verification of measuring instruments, their issuance after metrological verification;
Monitoring the status of measuring instruments of VLG group companies in the electronic system (electronic schedule), updating the status after each change;
Organization of verification and calibration of measuring instruments in metrology centers (accredited institutions);
Performing physical measurements of stationary sources of ambient air pollution and ambient air;
Accreditation of activities according to ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.

We believe that you would be best suited if you:
You have a higher education in a technical field;
You have work experience in organizing verification, calibration of measuring instruments (manometers, welding equipment, laser thermometers, etc.) and performing physical measurements;
You are able to work independently and in a team, plan and carry out work;
You have a category B driver's license;
You are characterized by such qualities as responsibility, diligence and communication.
