Nature of work
●Organize and manage the construction and repair of buildings.
●Organize and manage the renovation (modernization) process of apartment buildings, prepare related documentation.
●Prepare and coordinate with relevant institutions construction and installation works, design estimate documents, permits.
●Control that construction and repair works comply with the project, regulations and technical conditions.
●Accept and deliver completed works.
●Give instructions to apartment building administrators and consult them.
●Participate in public procurements carried out by the company.
●Cooperate with state institutions, residents and contractors.

Employee requirements
●Work experience in the field of construction.
●Construction manager qualification certificate for a special construction site.
●Ability to work with the SISTELA software.
●Driver's license (category B).
●Higher college, higher or specialized secondary education (until 1995) in construction engineering or construction technology.
●Good analytical and organizational skills, negotiation and communication skills.
●Ability to independently plan and organize work, to express thoughts fluently both orally and in writing.
●Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other organizational tools.
●Knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating the construction sector, occupational safety and health, and public procurement.
●Construction manager qualification certificate for a special construction site.
