Main responsibilities:
- Resolve technical issues of the railway infrastructure of the Rail Baltica project at the stages of public procurement, design and construction contracting, examining and evaluating technical solutions, ensuring their integrity, compatibility with related projects, compliance with applicable legal acts, internal documents and other regulatory technical documentation
- Participate in targeted formats and working groups designed to resolve and coordinate technical issues of the Rail Baltica project, analyze the results of consultation meetings and prepare summary information and proposals
- Participate in the preparation of design tasks, project proposals and technical specifications and provide expert assessment
- Participate in public procurement procedures and provide expert assessment and conclusions: in the preparation of questions/answers of tenderers, and in the resolution of related technical issues
- Participate in processes related to the implementation of railway solutions of the Rail Baltica railway infrastructure
What we hope?
- Higher university education in the fields of technology and (or) engineering sciences
- Work experience in the fields of railway design, construction, construction maintenance and (or) operation maintenance
- Knowledge of railway infrastructure facilities, their technical requirements and legal acts regulating construction
- Knowledge of clerical and document preparation rules
- Excellent skills in working with Microsoft Office programs
- Fluent Lithuanian and good English skills
