We are currently looking for a Senior Engineer to ensure the smooth technical operation of the hotel, coordinate the work of the technical team and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of guest service.

Nature of work
- Maintenance of the technical condition of the hotel building
- Organization of the work of the hotel's technical team
- Management of the fire protection system
- Operational elimination of faults and accidents
- Communication with suppliers and subcontractors
- Maintenance and proper operation of plumbing systems
- Maintenance of surveillance cameras, alarms
- Organization and execution of repair work
- Administration of civil protection, occupational safety and fire protection work
- Budget and cost planning
Employee requirements
- Engineering or technical education
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar field, in a hotel would be an advantage
- Practical and theoretical knowledge in building management: heating / cooling equipment, kitchen equipment, air conditioning systems, building maintenance, fire safety, etc.
- Flexibility, problem solving, helpfulness, attentiveness, organization, quick reaction
- Good knowledge of English
