We are looking for an experienced chief engineer who would ensure the smooth operation of production equipment, organize repair and installation work, and lead a team of locksmiths and electricians.
Nature of work
Ensuring the technical condition and proper operation of production equipment;
Planning, organizing and controlling preventive maintenance and repair work;
Prompt identification of equipment failures and organizing their elimination;
Coordination of equipment installation and commissioning work;
Management of a team of locksmiths and electricians, distribution of work and control of performance;
Planning the need for spare parts, control of their ordering and movement;
Maintenance of spare parts balances, use and technical documentation;
Ensuring compliance with repair work deadlines, quality and occupational safety requirements;
Proposal and implementation of technical solutions that help increase equipment reliability and reduce downtime;

Requirements
- Higher or higher engineering, mechanical or technical education;
- Good knowledge of mechanics, principles of operation and repair of production equipment;
- Experience in leading a team of technical employees;
- Ability to plan repair work, the need for spare parts and control their use;
- Ability to quickly solve problem situations;
- Responsibility, organization, initiative and result orientation;
- Knowledge of work safety requirements;
