MANAGER IT TESTER

Contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• Coordinating end-user testing: preparing test instructions, consulting users during testing, helping to use the JIRA XRAY test management tool;
• Accepting and evaluating contractor testing results: analyzing the quality of test scenarios and assessing whether the tests fully cover business and technical requirements;
• Performing integration testing: testing complete processes (end-to-end) between systems and components, ensuring their interaction and quality of operation;
• Working closely with colleagues from business and other IT teams.

• Higher education in IT, exact sciences or engineering;
• At least 3 years of work experience in the field of systems testing/QA, working with complex projects and system integrations;
• Experience in planning, coordinating and executing testing activities (from testing scope planning to results analysis and reporting);
• Good skills in analyzing requirements, identifying risks, proposing strategic testing solutions;
• Practical experience in performing manual testing: functional, regression, integration, compatibility (BrowserStack or other) testing;
• Ability to make independent decisions, ensure testing quality and meet deadlines;
• Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and very good knowledge of English (written and spoken).

An advantage would be:

• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Xray or other test management tools;
• Experience in testing APIs (Postman, Swagger, SoapUI or other);
• Basics of writing SQL queries;
• Experience in training or mentoring junior testing colleagues;
• ISTQB Foundation or higher certification;
• Experience or knowledge of test automation (Playwright, Selenium, etc.).
• Experience in managing and quality-assuring test results of external vendors/contractors;
• Experience or knowledge of performance testing (JMeter, k6, etc.);

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 3,190 to EUR 4,770 (excluding taxes). The specific salary offered is based on work experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
