MANAGER IT TESTER

We are currently looking for a new team member in the CRM development team. In this position, you would contribute your expert competencies to our CRM system development and development activities. Do you think we are on the right track? Then we are waiting for you in our team!

You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• Participating in the development and change processes of new and existing products;
• Testing information systems and their changes in a high-quality and timely manner (manual testing);
• Working with Jira, Confluence and Jira Xray tools;
• Creating test cases/scenarios;
• Analyzing test results, identifying and describing errors;
• Implementing patch testing and quality control.

• Higher education in IT, exact sciences or engineering;
• At least 3 years of work experience in the field of systems testing/QA, working with complex projects and system integrations;
• Experience in planning, coordinating and executing testing activities (from testing scope planning to results analysis and reporting);
• Good skills in analyzing requirements, identifying risks, proposing strategic testing solutions;
• Experience in performing manual testing: functional, regression, integration, compatibility testing;
• Ability to make independent decisions, ensure testing quality and meet deadlines;
• Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and very good knowledge of English (written and spoken).

An advantage would be:

• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Xray or other test management tools;
• Experience in testing APIs (Postman, Swagger, SoapUI or others);
• Basics of writing SQL queries;
• ISTQB Foundation or higher certification;
• Experience or knowledge of test automation (Playwright, Selenium, etc.).

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 3,460 to EUR 5,190 (before tax). A specific salary is offered based on experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
