Your working day:
1.Cleanliness and order control:
Inspection of rooms, villas, SPA facilities and common areas of the hotel, assessment of the quality of work performed and control of compliance with the established requirements.
2.Organization of housekeeping work:
Distribution of work to a team of 10-15 housekeeping staff, taking into account the hotel's occupancy and daily needs. Resolution of employee changes and daily situations.
3.Employee supervision and training:
Training of new employees, introduction to work procedures and requirements, supervision of team work and resolution of complex situations.
4.Textiles, supplies, minibars and inventory:
Organization of textile washing, maintenance of minibars and supplies, inventory of property and textiles.
5.Work schedules and accounting:
Adjustment of work schedules according to hotel needs, accounting of working hours (paid).
