Amberton Cathedral Square Hotel is a 116-room 4* hotel in the heart of Vilnius, with a mission to create an impeccable guest experience by ensuring the highest level of service and impeccable cleanliness. We are currently expanding our team and are looking for an experienced and motivated hotel manager who will lead the hotel's housekeeping team and ensure compliance with hygiene and comfort standards.
Nature of work
We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented and proactive Head Housekeeper who will be responsible for the cleaning processes of the hotel's rooms and common areas. The main goal is to ensure high standards of cleanliness, optimally distribute work and ensure a flawless guest experience. Since the team consists of employees from Ukraine, good knowledge of Russian along with Lithuanian or English is required. Working hours: 9:00 - 18:00 - flexible schedule, so there are two weekends to work per month.
Employee requirements
- Organize, supervise and coordinate the work of the housekeeping team, ensuring effective daily cleaning of rooms and common areas.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to maintain established quality standards.
- Clean rooms when needed, in exceptional cases, if there is a shortage of staff on a given day.
- Train, motivate and evaluate employees, promoting their professional development and work efficiency.
- Create and administer work schedules, distribute workloads according to hotel occupancy.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, proper use of cleaning products and equipment.
- Respond professionally and promptly to guest requests and complaints.
- Inventory control: cleaning products, bedding and other necessities.
- Collaborate with the reception and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Periodically evaluate the team's work results and provide feedback.
