Your future responsibilities:
- Effectively ensuring the work of store cashiers and service center;
- Organization of the work of cashiers - sellers;
- Store cash registers, etc. accounting and archiving of documents;
- Preparation and submission of reports;
- If necessary, work with the cash register and customer service.
Employee requirements
- Ability to lead a team of employees (management experience is a great advantage);
- Attentiveness and quick reaction, ability to perform several tasks simultaneously;
- Emotional intelligence and experience in managing stressful situations;
- Internal motivation and innovative approach everywhere and always: from daily tasks to established processes;
- Good cash register skills;
- Diligence, honesty, communication skills;
- Experience in similar work would be a great advantage.
