- Ensuring uninterrupted cash register operation and organizing the work of subordinate employees.
- Ensuring the work of the central cash register and filling out documentation.
- Counting money, collecting / ordering small money.
- Maintaining the area near the cash registers and ensuring the abundance of goods.
- Serving customers at the cash register and maintaining the sales hall.
Employee requirements
- Initiative, analytical and proactive.
- Customer and results-oriented, achieving set goals.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to develop, motivate and organize teamwork.
- Very good computer skills.
- Similar work experience in retail (advantage).
