- Performance of physiotherapy procedures and development of individual physiotherapy programs according to the doctor's recommendations.
- Organization of the work of the physiotherapy team and coordination of daily activities.
- Planning work schedules and ensuring smooth service provision.
- Team counseling, assistance to colleagues and induction of new employees.
- Cooperation with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensuring the quality of services provided, patient safety and efficient work organization.
- Ensuring completion of medical documentation and compliance with established requirements.
- Internal medical system - FOXUS.
Employee requirements
- Higher university education in the field of physiotherapy.
- Valid personal health care specialist practice license.
- Work experience as a physiotherapist.
- Management or team coordination experience is an advantage.
- Ability to organize work, plan activities and ensure a smooth work process.
- Responsibility, independence and orientation towards quality services and patient needs.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a team and make decisions within the limits of one's competence.
