Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities:
- Analyze and continuously improve HACCP, BRCGS, IFS and other quality systems;
- Organize and conduct employee training in the areas of food safety and quality assurance;
- Represent the company in customer and certification audits, ensuring their successful course and results;
- Cooperation with customers;
- Initiate and implement continuous improvement projects that increase the efficiency and quality of operations;
- Present activity reports to management;
- Coordinate the activities of the quality department, cooperate with other departments to ensure food safety and quality requirements in the unit.
What do we expect from you?
- Work experience in the food industry, in the field of quality or food safety (advantage - management experience);
- Excellent knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS, IFS and other food safety and quality standards, their practical application;
- Experience in implementing, maintaining and improving quality management systems;
- Ability to analyze production processes, identify risks, non-conformities and implement effective solutions;
- Experience in preparing and managing quality documentation (procedures, work instructions, specifications);
- Experience in participating in customer and certification audits, ability to represent the company;
- Leadership and team management skills, ability to coordinate department activities and motivate employees;
- Ability to organize and conduct employee training on food safety and quality topics;
- Knowledge of English, both written and oral;
- Higher education in the field of food safety/food technology;
- Analytical thinking and ability to make data-based decisions.
