We are looking for a Senior Quality Manager who will take care of the effectiveness of pet food safety and quality systems in the Alytus branch - from the application of HACCP, BRCGS, IFS, GMP+ and other requirements to customer and certification audits. The result of your work will be visible in production processes, quality standards and solutions that help ensure the required quality of products and processes.
This position is intended for a professional who wants not only to maintain an operating system, but also to analyze it, look for better solutions and initiate continuous improvement projects. Here you will be able to combine competencies in quality, food safety, production and other areas and see how your solutions turn into concrete changes.
What we will entrust to you
· Analyze and continuously improve HACCP, BRCGS, IFS and other quality systems.
· Organize and conduct employee training in the areas of food safety and quality assurance.
· Represent the company in customer and certification audits, ensuring their proper progress and results.
· Cooperate with customers on quality and food safety issues.
· Initiate and implement continuous improvement projects that increase operational efficiency and quality.
· Coordinate the activities of the quality department, cooperate with other departments and present the results of the activities to the management.

It is likely that we are on our way if
· Have work experience in the food or feed industry, in the field of quality or food safety.
· Have good knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS, IFS, GMP+ and (or) other food / feed safety and quality standards and their practical application.
· Have experience in implementing, maintaining and improving quality management systems.
· Be able to analyze production processes, identify risks and non-conformities and implement effective solutions.
· Have experience in preparing and managing quality documentation and participating in customer and certification audits.
· Be able to organize employee training and make data-based decisions.
· Have good written and oral English.
· Have higher education in the field of food safety, food products or animal science technologies.
Advantage: managerial work experience, leadership and team management skills.
· Have good knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS, IFS, GMP+ and (or) other food / feed safety and quality standards and their practical application.
