"Rimi" offers you:
- Salary 1600 - 2000 € (excluding taxes). Higher starting salary with similar work experience;
- Performance bonusesup to 120 € are paid every month (excluding taxes);
- Additional bonus for referring and employing a friendup to €250 (excluding taxes);
- Additional bonus for participating in the "Rimi Ambassadors" program – €85 (excluding taxes);

If You:
- You have experience as a pastry chef and are well-versed in pastry production processes;
- You are able to organize teamwork, plan tasks and ensure their completion;
- You are responsible, organized and able to make decisions independently;
- You are familiar with food safety, hygiene, quality and FIFO requirements.
We will entrust you with:
- Organize and coordinate the daily work of the confectionery department;
- Plan and execute orders for raw materials and control their balances;
- Organize and execute inventories;
- Ensure compliance with production plans, recipes, quality and FIFO requirements;
- Coordinate the work of the team and help resolve issues arising during production;
- Ensure a smooth confectionery production process.
