MAIN FUNCTIONS:
Carry out pre-trial debt collection: prepare and send reminders and appeals to debtors;
Work with the company's system: record information about debts, payments and their changes;
Prepare debt reports for management and present the main results;
Assess customer creditworthiness and set credit limits for transactions;
Transfer debtors to collection partners and coordinate their work;
Cooperate with the insurance company: transfer information about debts, provide necessary documents and information.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
At least 2 years of work experience in the fields of debt collection, credit control or customer creditworthiness assessment;
English language skills – at least B2 level (verbal and written);
Analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data;
Responsibility, independence and ability to meet deadlines;
Good computer skills, especially MS Excel.
