What are you going to do:
- You will create and develop creative directions for social media and digital campaign projects - from insight to implementation.
- You will generate strong campaign ideas and create content that not only stands out creatively, but also creates results.
- You will write compelling texts for social media campaigns, advertisements and other forms of digital communication.
- You will collaborate with strategists, designers and advertising specialists, making creative decisions and ensuring high quality content.
- You will create moodboards, creative concepts and present them to the team and clients.
- You will actively follow social media, advertising and content trends and initiate new ideas for partner growth.
- You will plan, adapt and oversee the implementation of content on different social media platforms.
- You will contribute to the formation of creative standards and share expert insights within the team.
What do we expect from you:
- At least 3 years of experience in creating content for social networks and digital channels (agency experience is a big advantage).
- Portfolio that reveals not only creativity, but also achieved results.
- Ability to create large creative campaigns and refine them into actionable content in different formats.
- Excellent copywriting skills in Lithuanian and English.
- Ability to adapt tone to different brands and audiences.
- Strategic thinking – ability to understand business goals and turn them into effective creative solutions.
- Active interest in trends in social networks, advertising and digital content and ability to apply them in practice.
- Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of creativity, not just its implementation.
- Ability to work responsibly, meeting deadlines.
