The logistics department team of UAB "Agrokoncerno" is looking for an proactive and results-oriented senior transport manager to strengthen the team.
Nature of work:
- Organize and coordinate cargo transportation in Lithuania;
- Ensure effective management and control of transportation processes;
- Supervise and consult a team of logistics managers, help solve more complex situations;
- Maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing customers and partners;
- Actively contribute to the sale of logistics services and the attraction of new customers;
- Prepare commercial offers, negotiate terms of cooperation;
- Analyze the market, identify business development opportunities;
- Achieve set commercial and operational results.
We hope you:
- You have at least 3 years of work experience in the field of transport or logistics;
- You have experience in organizing local freight transportation;
- You are able to coordinate team work and share professional knowledge;
- You are focused on the client, results and business development;
- You have good negotiation and communication skills;
- You are able to work independently and make decisions;
- You have excellent computer skills.
