What you will do:
What you will do:
- You will prepare and update recipes, technological cards, production instructions, product specifications and perform nutritional, cost and yield calculations.
- You will develop new products according to internal and market demand, taking into account the latest technologies, efficient use of raw materials and customer needs.
- You will ensure control of the production process of manufactured products and the implementation of the established quality indicators.
- Based on the available data and achieved results, you will set new goals for the team and ensure their implementation.
We hope that:
- Has at least 2 years of experience in the field of food technology and production.
- Has a degree in food technologist or quality manager.
- Has organizational and creative abilities and team management skills.
- Has accuracy, receptiveness to new information and quick orientation.
- Has versatility, speed, ability to adapt to changes.
- Can quickly and independently solve emerging problems.
- Work experience with the business management program "Navision" (would be an advantage).
