MALE FOOD TECHNOLOGIST

Control of production processes in lunch restaurants.
Development and implementation of new recipes.
Preparation and updating of technological cards (TK).
Analysis and adjustment of the production process, technological indicators.
Quality control of the work of the company's catering departments.
On-the-job training of employees as needed.
Continuous communication with the company's lunch restaurant staff.
PERIODICALLY NEEDED TO TRAVEL AND WORK IN THE COMPANY'S DEPARTMENTS IN OTHER LITHUANIAN CITIES.

Education in food technology, catering.
Experience in catering and knowledge of production processes.
Experience in developing restaurant production activities is desirable.
Responsibility and duty.

Good communication skills.
Process control.
Diligence.
Ability to work in stressful situations.
Procedural thinking.
Possession of a category B driver's license.

Responsible and dynamic work in a company with many years of experience;
Full support from colleagues.
Work from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

1700-2000 €/mon. net
