Senior Food Technologist

Control of the production process of daily lunch restaurants;
Development and implementation of new recipes;
Preparation and updating of technological cards (TK);
Analysis and adjustment of the production process, technological indicators;
Quality control of the work of the company's catering departments;
On-the-job training of employees as needed;
Continuous communication with the company's daily lunch restaurant staff.

In the field of food technology, catering;

Knowledge of food service and production processes. Experience in developing restaurant production operations is preferred.

Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

1700-2000 €/mon. net
Before taxes, the monthly salary ranges from 2809.91 EUR to 3305.78 EUR.
