Nature of work
- Organize and control the maintenance, service and repair of the company's mechanisms, equipment and vehicles.
- Ensure that the equipment is technically sound, reliable and ready for work.
- Operatively organize the identification and elimination of faults and the transportation of equipment between objects.
- Organize, coordinate, motivate and control the work of subordinate employees.
- Ensure compliance with the requirements of employee safety and health, fire safety, electrical safety and work procedures.
- Plan and control equipment repair and maintenance work and the use of funds allocated for them.
- Order spare parts and other tools necessary for repairs.
- Use equipment navigation and monitoring systems, control the movement of equipment.
- Maintain business relations with the company's partners and suppliers.
- Search for and implement innovative solutions that help to operate and maintain equipment more efficiently.
What do we expect from you?
- Technical education.
- Work experience in the field of mechanics, technical maintenance or repair.
- Good knowledge of the operation and repair of mechanisms, motor vehicles and other equipment.
- Experience in organizing and coordinating the work of employees.
- Ability to independently make decisions and promptly solve technical problems.
- Responsibility, organization and leadership skills.
- Ability to plan work and manage priorities.
- Ability to work with technical accounting, navigation and monitoring systems.
- Category B driver's license.
- An advantage - experience working with lifting mechanisms and potentially dangerous equipment.
