We are currently recruiting a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our R&D team in Vilnius, responsible for the design and validation of the devices being developed.

MORE ABOUT THE POSITION:
- You will be responsible for 3D modeling and 2D documentation of complex optomechanical systems, working closely with other specialists to ensure system integrity.
- Your team will consist of 4 other engineers and a manager. Together with them, you will participate in constructive peer reviews of projects, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
- You will act as the main partner of the mechanical chain, coordinating solutions with the electronics and optics teams to achieve project goals.
- You will work together with production teams to optimize designs in terms of cost, assembly and production, while maintaining the highest quality.

WE ARE WAITING FOR YOUR APPLICATION IF:
- Has a higher education (an advantage is in mechanical engineering or a similar field).
- Has experience working with SOLIDWORKS or a similar design program.
- Has excellent knowledge of modern manufacturing processes (CNC machining, casting, etc.) and materials science.
- Has an impeccable reputation – no criminal or administrative violations of the law, no relations in EU or NATO sanctioned countries. The selected candidate will have to have a valid 049a form (certificate for acquiring a weapon) or the ability to obtain one.
