We are looking for a head foreman who would not only distribute work, but also manage the entire shift – people, pace, discipline and results.
It will not be enough to convey information, assign people to jobs and hope that everything will go according to plan.
You will need to see what is happening in production, make decisions, respond to problems and ensure that the team knows what to do and what result is expected of them.
If you are a manager who is not afraid of responsibility and in a difficult situation looks for a solution, not a reason why it failed – we are on the way.

🚀 WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- You will manage the production shift and be responsible for its results;
- You will organize the work of employees - from the distribution of people to the execution of tasks;
- You will ensure the implementation of the production plan, productivity, quality and other established indicators;
- I will control the pace of work, discipline, order and compliance with agreements;
- You will make operational decisions when the situation in production changes;
- I will react to deviations and organize actions to restore the result;
- You will analyze the results of the shift and clearly know why the plan was fulfilled or why not;
- You will set clear requirements for the team and control their implementation;
- You will develop employees, strengthen their independence and responsibility;
- You will look for opportunities to work more productively, efficiently and with lower losses;
- I will cooperate with technologists, quality, technical, planning and other teams.

- You know how to talk to different people and bring them together for a common goal;

- You can work in shifts.
