Ensuring the continuity of the production process and organizing shift work.
Coordination of the execution of production tasks according to the production plan.
Daily adjustment of the production plan, monitoring the execution of orders.
Control of production quality, technological modes and production indicators.
Ensuring the efficient use of raw materials, materials and energy.
Ensuring communication between shifts, distribution of tasks to shift foremen.
Maintaining production accounting and documentation in the NAV / Navision system.
Control of compliance with order, cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene requirements.
Organizing the work of subordinate employees, motivating them, providing feedback and evaluating their performance.

We expect you to:
Have experience in production management, shift management or foreman work.
You are able to plan, coordinate work and make decisions.
You have good computer skills; knowledge of NAV / Navision system would be an advantage.
You are responsible, organized, proactive and result-oriented.
You are able to lead a team, motivate employees and ensure smooth communication.
