We are looking for a chief operator of technological equipment and a team coordinator at a metal smelter. Place of work: Lazdėnų k. / Vievis (near Vilnius / Kaunas highway).

Job description and functions:
- Operation of metal melting and processing technological equipment and monitoring of parameters in computerized control systems.
- Organization of team work, distribution of tasks and assistance to colleagues during production.
- Compliance with employee safety and health regulations, maintenance of cleanliness and order in the production environment.
- Monitoring process indicators and promptly responding to deviations or technical disruptions.
Requirements:
- Experience of independent work in production or industry is an advantage.
- Experience with computerized equipment / control panels is an advantage.
- Responsibility, efficiency and special attention to detail.
- Ability and readiness to work on high-temperature technological equipment.
- Teamwork and coordination skills, motivation to learn.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Knowledge of English is an advantage.
The company offers
- Flexible and convenient schedule: Two days a week shift work, other days – from 8:00 to 17:00 (schedule is individually adjusted, weekends and holidays are free, we always adapt to the expectations of employees!).
- Motivating salary: during the trial period: from € 1400 "in hand". After the trial period: up to € 1800 "in hand" (depending on the number of night shifts and the motivational system).
