Your main responsibilities will be:
- Maintenance of work centers and coordination of repair work (when necessary);
- Contribute to the productive and efficient work of the production team;
- Identification and elimination of process problems, informing technicians about failures and problem solving;
- Monitoring of OEE (or other) work accounting of technological equipment, providing analysis to the production manager;
- Providing and implementing improvements;
- Training and encouraging others to achieve set results;
- Participating in the implementation of new projects;
- Performing and analyzing data records (if necessary);
- Participating in meetings assigned by the direct manager;
- Filling in the TPM system (if necessary);
- Performing tasks assigned by the direct manager.

To succeed in this position you will need:
- Production work experience (an advantage is in the field of furniture production);
- Good knowledge of production equipment and processes;
- Knowledge of OEE (or other) technological equipment work accounting;
- Responsibility, initiative and ability to solve problems;
- Ability to promote team productivity and effective work;
- Good computer skills (MS Office);
- Ability to work in a team and transfer knowledge to colleagues;
- Technical thinking.
