JOB CHARACTER

  • Equipment management and maintenance, regular equipment control;
  • Quality assurance, production process supervision;
  • Diagnosis and elimination of minor malfunctions in order to avoid production interruptions;
  • Work in compliance with occupational safety requirements;
  • Cooperation with colleagues in order to effectively implement production goals;
  • Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace according to the standards in force in the company.

WHAT IS NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL (-A)

  • Work experience in production (an advantage - in the wood industry);
  • Knowledge of occupational safety requirements in a production environment;
  • Knowledge of equipment operation rules;
  • Understanding of English at least at A2 level;
  • Computer skills;
  • Willingness to learn, diligence and responsibility;
  • Ability to go on business trips abroad;
  • Willingness to work on a flexible work schedule.

YOU WILL STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE THESE COMPETENCES

  • Experience working with robotic or automated production lines and control systems;
  • Understanding of production processes (raw materials, quality control, production flows);
  • Ability to respond quickly to technical failures and disruptions;
  • Knowledge of LEAN standards;
  • Ability to independently manage assigned equipment and comply with technical requirements.
