We are looking for an energetic, responsible and team-inspiring colleague for our bakery on Laisvės alėja! If you love communication, know coffee culture, love pastries and want to take on more responsibility - we are waiting for you.
Your working day will be dynamic:
Team management: ensuring smooth shift work and helping colleagues.
Maintaining the highest standard: customer service and high-quality bakery display.
Process management: order formation, residue control and receipt of goods.
Barista skills: preparing delicious coffee and tasting it (to ensure quality!).
Order: maintaining cleanliness and coziness in the bakery.

Reward and motivation:
Salary: €2000–2500/month (excluding taxes).
“In hand”: from €1300 to €1500.
IMPORTANT: Your final earnings directly depend on the results achieved, the fulfillment of turnover goals and the number of days worked. We value initiative and reward you for achieving goals!
Schedule: flexible work schedule (about 15–17 days per month).
Work in the heart of Kaunas – Laisvės al. 61.
A friendly team and always fragrant work environment.
