WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON WHO WOULD NOT ONLY SERVE CUSTOMERS, BUT ALSO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DAILY OPERATION OF THE STORE
We are looking for a senior salesperson-cashier for a branded grocery store in Perkūnkiemis.
In this position, not only pleasant customer service is important. We are looking for someone who would be able to independently organize daily tasks, take care of ordering goods, leftovers and assortment, and ensure that everything runs smoothly in the store.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Serve and consult with store customers;
- work with products of "Krekenavos agrofirma", "Arvi kalakutai" and other brands;
- order goods, monitor their balances and ensure that the store has the necessary assortment;
- supervise the arrangement of goods on shelves and freezers and their attractive presentation;
- take care of the formation and maintenance of the assortment;
- monitor the expiration dates, freshness of goods and ensure compliance with food safety and quality requirements;
- work at the cash register, accept payments in cash and bank cards;
- contribute to the smooth daily work of the store, maintaining order and cleanliness.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- Experience in sales or customer service - experience in grocery sales would be a great advantage;
- ability to independently organize one's work and take responsibility;
- sociability, initiative, honesty and responsibility;
- customer and result orientation;
- ability to work both independently and together with colleagues;
- basic computer skills.
We are looking for someone who is not only interested in completing their tasks, but also in seeing the overall picture of the store - to notice what is missing, what needs to be added or fixed, and to take the initiative.

WORK SCHEDULE
The store is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM,
Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Work is organized on a rolling schedule, using cumulative working time accounting.
