Who would be in charge of the position?
- You will spend most of your working time in the sales hall - you will actively consult customers and help them choose the most suitable products for hiking, traveling or everyday use. You will create an experience that makes customers want to come back.
- You will be an example to the team - you will show what Hiatus service, pace and attitude to work should look like.
- You will coordinate the actions of the team – you will make sure that the work goes smoothly and no task is forgotten.
- You will help colleagues grow – you will advise, encourage and show how to work better.
- You will be involved in all store processes – from receiving goods to the layout of the hall and decisions that help the store work more efficiently and grow.

- You have real sales experience in retail – you are among the strongest salespeople in the team and can show the result, not just talk about it.
- You work independently – you see what needs to be done and do it yourself, without waiting for instructions.
- You have worked with a team – you have organized work, distributed tasks and helped others work better.
- You are able to involve the team – you delegate tasks in a way that people want to get involved, not just do them.
- You are able to bring energy, motivation and a desire to win – by your example, not just by words.
- You care not only about your work and personal achievements, but also about the results of the entire team and the customer experience.
