YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Professional customer consultation on Xiaomi products: smartphones, accessories, smart home appliances and other devices.
- Active participation in the sales process and offering additional services.
- Maintaining the display of goods and ensuring order in the store.
- Performing cash transactions and accounting for the cash book.
- Resolving technical issues of customers and providing assistance with using devices.
- Managing store accounting and documentation, including administering warranty goods.
- Controlling and taking inventory of goods balances.
- Organizing work and delegating tasks to the team.
YOUR MOST IMPORTANT COMPETENCES AND EXPERIENCES:
- Interest in the latest technologies - an advantage, if you have knowledge of Xiaomi products.
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to help the customer find the best solution.
- Organization, responsibility and attention to detail.
- Experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a team and achieve a common goal.
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
