About us:
NeoPay, a product of the NEO Finance group, is looking for a motivated and strategically thinking sales professional to lead high-value B2B sales initiatives and grow our business. In this position, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle - from actively prospecting new customers and initiating cold contacts to communicating with C-level executives and closing complex deals.
Responsibilities:
- Actively develop enterprise-level sales with large customers
- Conduct cold calls, initiate conversations and build new partnerships
- Conduct meetings with C-level executives and key decision makers
- Manage complex sales cycles from first contact to deal closure
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure deals move quickly and smoothly
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic customers
What to expect:
- Strong B2B / enterprise sales experience
- At least 3 years of experience in fintech, banking or payments sectors
- Confidence in working with cold contacts and high-level stakeholders
- Good project and process management skills
- Charisma and the "influencer effect" - the ability to persuade, inspire and close deals
- Proactive approach: the ability to actively go to market, rather than waiting for inbound inquiries
- Strategic, but at the same time very practical ("hands-on") approach
