Currently, the company invites a Senior Sales Manager to join its team, who would help the company grow in the Lithuanian and international markets. In this position you:

  • You will actively sell the company's services in the Lithuanian and international markets (B2B sector)
  • You will search for new potential customers in foreign markets
  • You will prepare commercial offers tailored to customer needs and negotiate contracts
  • You will negotiate with customers to achieve mutually beneficial cooperation conditions
  • You will conduct regular market analyses and assess the competitive environment
  • You will participate in international exhibitions
  • You will be involved in planning marketing actions.

The following qualities and skills will be useful when applying:

  • Experience in active B2B sales, working with foreign clients (at least 3 years)
  • Excellent English skills (verbal and written), knowledge of other languages is an advantage
  • Higher or higher education
  • Experience in actively searching for clients (cold outreach, lead generation)
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to independently manage the entire sales cycle
  • Ability to analyze markets, identify business opportunities and make data-based decisions
  • Creativity in finding new sales channels and methods
  • Strong orientation to results, initiative and responsibility for the implementation of sales goals
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills, ability to work with clients from different cultures
  • Ability to work independently and plan time effectively.

1800-2200 €/mon. net
+ bonuses (total monthly amount: €2,500–3,500 in hand, depending on
