You will be responsible for:
- Active search for new clients in Lithuania, from cold calling to negotiations and signing of contracts.
- Preparation of commercial offers, coordination of prices and terms of cooperation.
- Analysis of client needs, search for the best solution.
- Implementation of sales plans and achievement of set goals.
- Monitoring and analysis of market trends and the competitive environment.
- Work with the CRM system.
- Search for clients and suppliers abroad.

- Have a higher education.
- At least two years of experience working with active sales, attracting new customers, development. Experience in the waste management and recycling sector would be an advantage.
- Have B2B sales experience.
- Able to establish and maintain relationships with customers.
- Are result-oriented and goal-oriented.
- Have strong negotiation skills.
- Are independent and able to take responsibility.
- Are proactive, positive, and persistent.
- Communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English.
- Have a category B driver's license.
