Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Senior Pension Fund Quality and Competence Mentor to the Artea Bankas team, who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.

We are looking for someone who would help ensure high quality of pension fund consulting and strengthen employee competencies throughout the bank’s network. In this position, you will not only share expert knowledge – you will analyze quality trends, identify competency gaps, initiate systemic changes and ensure that they yield real results.

Every day you will be #closer and:

• you will manage the direction of strengthening the competences and quality of pension fund consulting in the bank network;
• you will analyze consulting, process and documentation errors, identify their causes and initiate systematic solutions to reduce them;
• you will assess the gaps in the competences of network employees and plan targeted educational actions based on them;
• you will develop and improve training, knowledge support and quality assurance solutions, organize training and practical sessions;
• you will monitor the results of the implemented measures and evaluate their impact on employee competence and quality of activities;
• you will be an expert partner on more complex pension fund issues and help find solutions in non-standard situations;
• you will initiate the improvement of processes, methodological materials, knowledge base and tools for employees, including the "Pension Assistant";
• independently coordinate initiatives related to competence and quality improvement, collaborating with sales, product, process and other teams.

To be #closer, you will need:

• experience in developing the competences of other employees, improving the quality of operations and (or) managing changes;
• experience in independently coordinating changes, projects or initiatives from problem identification to result;
• ability to analyze information, notice recurring problems and identify their causes;
• ability not only to propose a solution, but also to organize its implementation and assess the impact;
• strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly and practically;
• ability to provide constructive feedback and work with people of different experiences and motivations;
• ability to bring together different teams for a common result and to influence without direct reporting;
• independence, initiative and responsibility for the results of the topics under your management;
• good knowledge of English.

We will consider as an advantage:

• experience in banking, investment, pension funds or other financial products;
• experience in developing training, competences or quality assurance solutions;
• experience in analyzing performance quality indicators and implementing systematic improvement actions.

• Salary. The specific remuneration will depend on work experience and competencies, therefore we only indicate the possible range: from 2500.00 to 3900.00 EUR excluding taxes.
