This is the responsibility for the area of personnel administration in the cozy and friendly team of the Telecentras Personnel Department. The most important qualities we expect from a new team member are positivity and initiative. Although the main responsibility is personnel administration, in the long run we expect that the new colleague will also contribute to other projects/initiatives of the department and will replace colleagues in a quality manner. So if the following is about you - let's talk!
Nature of work
- Administer daily HR processes (hiring, dismissal, working time accounting, changing working conditions)
- Prepare drafts of the Collective Agreement, procedures/policies and other documents related to personnel administration and management
- Communicate with trade union representatives
- Be responsible for declarations of private interests, personnel due diligence process
- Analyze personnel data, prepare reports (SM, VDA, Sodra, etc.)
- Organize and conduct employee search and selection as needed
- Involve in various department projects and initiatives (events, training, etc.)
- Consult colleagues on personnel, labor law and other issues
Requirements for a colleague
- Higher university education
- More than 2 years of successful work experience in the field of personnel administration
- Excellent knowledge of labor law, impeccable knowledge of the Lithuanian language
- Initiative, analytical thinking, positivity, diligence
- Ability to work in a team, respond quickly and flexibly in work situations, willingness to help
- Good knowledge of MS programs, work experience in a temporary program would be an advantage
- Interest in organizational activities, people development and personnel processes
