We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 5 years of experience in brand management - experience in the FMCG sector would be a great advantage
- Has strategic and analytical thinking, is able to analyze market, consumer and sales trends and make data-based decisions
- Has good knowledge of digital marketing and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), is able to assess the effectiveness of campaigns
- Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English, is able to effectively cooperate with different teams and external partners
- Is independent, proactive, responsible and result-oriented
- Is able to plan, manage several projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize
- Is interested in the FMCG market, consumer behavior and the latest marketing trends
We will trust you:
- Formulate and implement brand strategy, ensuring their consistent development and growth
- Prepare and implement annual brand marketing plans
- Analyze the market, consumer behavior, competitive environment and sales results, identify growth opportunities
- Plan and implement integrated marketing and communication campaigns, evaluate their effectiveness
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure its effective use
- Form the brand communication direction and coordinate communication in the media, social networks and other external channels
- Initiate and coordinate the presentation and introduction of new products to the market, in cooperation with sales, trade marketing, category development and other teams
- Coordinate the work of creative, media, communication, research agencies and other external partners
